How
to Fish GT in Komodo area The number one target in
Fishing Komodo is GT as we all know
as the unstopable powerful, stubbern
fish, a powerful fighter. What is
GT ? >>
Popping is the most exciting way,
and thats what we will do ..
Popping/Casting
Some call it casting that the way
this sportfishing works is to cast
a artificial bait lookalike and play
the lure as it is mimic the natural
preys of the GT.
In
popping, the lure we are using is
the wooden floating lure, with 2 barbless
hooks, one in the belly of the lure,
one on the tail.
We cast the lure the farther and closer
to the fishing spot, when it hits
the water, the anglers must ' play'
the lure so it will mimic wounded
prey on the surface of the water.
It called popping by using popper
because the lure makes sound 'pop..pop...pop'
when the angler play the lure, the
concave on the lure makes the sounds
when it struck the water surface,
so it is popper and popping.
The most exciting part of popping
is when the GT strikes the popper
from below, Gts will jump and suck
the lure, creating a water splash
and a sound when it ate the lure.
Then this is the time when everyone
will yell, " strike...strike..strike..!!!"
:D
Other way that if you are on our trolling
trips, you may also catch GT.
